No. Retained search firms typically focus on filling requisitions only. We focus on helping you fill requisitions by using better processes
and systems. Such as creating your own proprietary talent database so you can more quickly fill openings and manage internal and
external candidates. We also train how to better assess candidates to ensure the right match.
Can you simply evaluate our existing recruiting process?
Yes. Analysis and evaluation is a core service. Our services are offered independently or together as a full solution. We will audit your
existing infrastructure, analyze and deliver a report outlining recommendations to enhance your hiring infrastructure.
Do you help with selecting hiring technologies?
Yes. Technology vendor selection and management is a core service. We are experts in operational flow and hiring technology. Our
evaluation process helps map your requirements to applicable vendors, while remaining focused on your budgetary perimeters.
Because we do not have prearranged relationships with any technology vendor, our assistance to you remains unbiased.
